Please refrain from contacting us; we appreciate your interest and will review all applications and reach out to candidates who closely match our requirements.** SUMMARY A Dishwasher will provide all Food & Beverage areas with clean dishes and small wares, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and assist in ensuring timely delivery of food as needed, maximize efficiency, all the while maintaining the high standards of service for the facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED) Maintain and operate the dishwasher and area. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Maintain a presentable appearance to the customers. Standard closing duties. Handle deliveries. Maintain and clean ice room Other duties as assigned. Maintain and clean the dry storage area. Maintain and clean the server entry way. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Excellent ability to communicate (understands, reads, speaks and writes English). Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Courteous telephone manner. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS High School equivalent math knowledge required. REASONING ABILITY Must be able to demonstrate the ability to make good choices, be able to distinguish between positive and negative situations, and how to approach situations and resolve them. COMPUTER SKILLS This job requires no computer skills.
