Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste regularly.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
  • Support the culinary team during peak hours by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes efficiently.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with banquet service and catering events as required.
