Sets up the dish and pot washing area. Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes, and utensils. Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils. Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures. Empties trash containers as required. Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in food service work preferred. Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
