Cleaning and storing dishes and plateware properly. Responsibilities for Dishwasher Maintain the cleanliness of the dish machine, wash sinks, and hand sinks. Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery and ticket times. Good communication skills, and teamwork. Organized and with a sense of urgency. Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves. Handles, stores, and rotates all equipment to standards. Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, or manager. Requirements Qualifications for Line Dishwasher Must be able to stand well placed mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Ability to carry 0-40 pounds on a regular basis, throughout the shift. Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Must be organized and self-motivated Requires grasping. Standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing ability, and visual acuity through out the shift.
