Areas of Focus (including but not limited to): Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Practicing good cleanliness and sanitary standards Assisting with cleaning and organizing of restaurant Stocking and product management including waste control Excelling in time management Following all food safety standards and procedures Requirements: Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant Detailed oriented Having a positive, welcoming and upbeat attitude Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence Strong believe in professional and ethical approach to guest services Reports To: General Manager/ Chef de Cuisine Pay: Hourly Hours: Part Time and Full Time.
