About Us A revolutionized dining, drinking and entertainment establishment opening mid-September across from Delta Center in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway. Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex features a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling. Open seven days a week, the restaurant serves American bar and grill food favorites along with more eclectic offerings and playfully crafted desserts, all freshly prepared in the full kitchen. Position Summary The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook. Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue. Properly stores and removes garbage and soiled linens. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen and the BOH area in accordance with Health Department. Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the dish machine. Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies. Communicates product needs to the chefs and/or purchaser. Properly sets-up dish station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management. Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management. Portrays a positive and professional attitude. Our Ideal Candidate Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time. Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs. Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion. Working environment may include exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
