SKILLS

• Experience in bussing, food preparation, or kitchen roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices within a food service environment.
• Familiarity with banquet service or catering operations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes and utensils promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
