• Set up and maintain the dishwashing station (machine, sinks, sanitizers)
• Wash, stack, sort, and store dishes, utensils, hotel pans, and trays
• Monitor chlorine and sanitizer levels using test strips
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Dispose of waste properly and keep trash areas maintained
