• Operating our commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-washing delicate or oversized items
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dish area
• Taking out kitchen garbage and recycling, and cleaning bins regularly
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to keep work areas safe and tidy
• Assisting with basic food prep and closing duties as needed
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns promptl
