Goode Company Dishwasher: As a Dishwasher, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests receive the best possible experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen tools, dishware, and workspaces. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, you’ll help uphold our high standards for safety, sanitation, and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas * Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils * Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed * Clean bathrooms * Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them * Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area * Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place * Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift * Perform any duties specified by the management team * Always follow company safety policies and guidelines * Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs QUALIFICATIONS * Must be 18 years of age * Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills * Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our customers. * Punctual and reliable attendance * Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed * Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor * Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices * Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Food Handler Certified BENEFITS * Medical membership with preventive and diagnostic coverage during the first year (part-time) * Eligibility for full medical benefits after 12 months of consistent full-time hours. * Food Discounts * Weekly Payroll * Access to wellness resources and support services Goode Company Restaurants is an equal opportunity employer, so if you've got the qualifications, desire to work hard, and help our business grow - we want you!
