EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including culinary and kitchen experience.
• Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by bussing tables and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and food handling.
• Support banquet and catering events by ensuring timely cleaning of service items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing kitchen areas.
