• Dishwashing and Sanitation:Properly wash, dry, and store all dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashers and by hand.
• Kitchen Cleanliness:Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including the dish machine, sinks, and surrounding floors.
• Waste Management:Dispose of trash, empty bins, and keep the kitchen tidy.
• Food Preparation:Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
• Support and Collaboration:Work as part of a team to support kitchen staff by setting up workstations, receiving and storing deliveries, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Food Safety:Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
