POSITION SUMMARY

Our culinary mission is to provide the Hollyburn Membership with an exceptional food and beverage experience in a premium casual dining environment. By maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, we ensure that every Member and guest enjoys outstanding food and hospitality. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role on the restaurant’s culinary team, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen and contributing to the successful execution of this mission.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours), lift up to 50 lbs., and move wagons weighing up to 200 lbs.
  • Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s location.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards is an asset.
  • Candidates must agree to complete a Police Information Check as part of the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by ensuring work areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including maintaining cleanliness of floors, tableware, and dishes.
  • Stock supplies in designated areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and storing deliveries to maintain accurate inventory and a well-supplied kitchen.
  • Support the kitchen team with additional duties as assigned to ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
