OVERVIEW TBonz Gill & Grill in West Ashley, SC is now hiring a Dishwasher.   The Homegrown Hospitality Group is looking for a Dishwasher with to create a unique and personal experience for Homegrown Hospitality Group’s Guests by maintaining a clean, safe and presentable restaurant for all guests and employees throughout each shift, each day.  This role will focus their attention on the cleanliness of the small wares and essential equipment in the kitchen with some responsibilities crossing over with other kitchen positions. The Homegrown Hospitality Group consists of 9 different business concepts and over 15 locations located throughout South Carolina in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. Multiple concepts, multiple locations, one big family!    BENEFITS FOR QUALIFYING EMPLOYEES Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Health Incentive Account, Health Reimbursement Account, Employee Discount Program, Tenured Employee Reward Program, 401(k) with Company Match, HHG Financial Stability Grants, HHD Education Grants, Paid Time Off   RESPONSIBILITIES * Helps maintain cleanliness in the back of house, storage and walk in cooler areas, as well as help maintain the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the external garbage area in conjunction with other essential kitchen staff  * Practices the safe handling and storage of products, cleaning utensils and chemicals in accordance to state law and creates an environment safe and hazard free * Follows instructions in accordance to use of chemicals and their disposal, equipment and use of wet floor signs at all times * Helps maintain all garbage inside and outside of the restaurant during prep hours by changing out the on a regular basis when full, and keeps area where garbage is stored clean and free of pests * Helps clean and maintain all equipment and small wares used in the kitchen * Can operate a dish machine, understands how to measure sanitizer and soap levels in a three-bay sink and handles each piece of equipment and small wares safely and properly while washing and storing * Supports Line Cooks and prep cooks when needed as back up * Maintains work areas in a sanitized and orderly manner in compliance with state health and safety regulations   QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 18 years of age * Prior experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher preferred * Ability to follow specific time-sensitive guidelines whiles at the same time engaging with line cooks, dishwashers and other essential kitchen team members * Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time * Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts * Interaction:  * Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members and managers * Work as a contributing member of a team * External Relationships:  * Exceed our Guest’s expectations every day by achieving the highest level of satisfaction with an extraordinary focus on friendly services, food, fun, and value * Polite vendor interaction with delivery personnel for food, linen, chemical, pest control, etc.   SALARY RANGE  $18 / Hourly    ABOUT THE HHG CULTURE As the Homegrown Hospitality Group continues to grow, we recognize that our success depends on exceeding the expectations of our loyal patrons.
