We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are washed and sanitised to the highest standards. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• A background in hospitality or culinary arts will be considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

• Wash and sanitise dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.

• Support culinary staff by keeping the kitchen stocked with clean dishes and utensils.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods.
