QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma preferred
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs
• Knows and follows knife handling skills and safety requirements
• Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate
• Successful Police Check will be required

• Dishwashing/Kitchen Helper: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)

• Load, run and unload dish machine
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Bag and haul trash in the kitchen & dish area to the designated area
• Ensures the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized throughout shift
• Monitor product supply, replenish when needed
• Assists with accepting deliveries of stock items ensuring accuracy, quality and temperature when needed
• Store products following rotation procedures and organization
• Keep coolers, freezers, and stock areas clean and organized
• Performs other duties as assigned
