Duties include:
- sorting, washing and sanitization of dishes, glassware, and utensils
- operation and maintenance of dishwashing machinery
- maintaining a clean work area
- assisting in any food preparation as needed
- opportunities to advance in role within the kitchen
- heavy lifting involved in various weekly duties
- must be a team player, reliable, and punctual
