JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a clean and efficient working environment while supporting food preparation and service. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus.
• Experience in food service or hospitality environments will be advantageous.
• A strong understanding of cleaning protocols and food safety regulations is essential.

• Assist in food preparation by washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Help with cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or cooks, ensuring food is prepared according to safety standards.
• Support serving staff during meal service by preparing plates and assisting with food presentation.
• Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Participate in inventory management by helping to stock supplies and report shortages.
