We are excited to announce the grand opening of Old Pal Dhaba in London, Ontario, in just a few weeks! We take pride in bringing authentic Indian flavors to our community and are building a professional, hardworking, and passionate team. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in an Indian restaurant kitchen is required.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cooking practices, spices, and food preparation.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation tasks such as chopping, cutting, and marinating.
• Support with cooking and plating during busy hours to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, floors, and storage areas.
• Stock and organize supplies, ingredients, and kitchen essentials as needed.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the chef or management.
