QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or fast food environment is required
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure
  • Comfortable working with hot water, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible daytime or evening shifts
  • Physical stamina: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Food Handler Certification is an asset but not required
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: From $15.80 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans as required
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including floors, counters, sinks, and equipment
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., chopping, portioning, organizing)
  • Take out trash and clean garbage bins regularly
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and kitchen stock (e.g., paper towels, soap, utensils)
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries
  • Perform other tasks as directed by kitchen supervisors or managers
