Dish Washer:

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware using dish machine or by hand when required.
• Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Change dishwater and sanitizing solutions regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle and store clean dishes properly to avoid contamination or breakage.
• Assist with garbage, recycling, and compost removal as needed.
• Ensure all floors around dish area are kept dry and safe by mopping spills immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machine (filters, spray arms, drains) and report any malfunctions to management.
• Support kitchen staff by providing clean pots, pans, and equipment quickly during service.
• Restock clean items in their designated areas.
• Assist cooks and prep cooks with various jobs when there are no dishes to wash.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.

Pay: $17.85-$26.00 per hour
