As the Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of dishware, cookware, and the work facility within the food service operation for the Texas Rangers baseball team. **Starting pay at $16/hour, based on experience** **Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal Positions Available Starting January 2026** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a regular cleaning schedule of all kitchen equipment Clean and sanitize all equipment after each use and between different food items Keep high sanitation standards in dish area (regulate water temperatures and chemicals) Ensure that the entire facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly fashion, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, spills and taking out the garbage Assist in maintaining food safety and organization standards Attend to the laundry of all linens when necessary QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work successfully as a team or at times with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail related to order and cleanliness--you like everything in its place, and you take pride in this Dependable, respectful, and professional demeanor, can-do attitude Ability to work calmly under pressure Light kitchen prep work as needed IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1+ years of Dishwashing or Kitchen experience preferred ServSafe certification or Food Handlers certification WORK REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform the physical demands: On your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends Able to commute to and from Surprise, AZ Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen WORK SCHEDULE: Open availability Able to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays KITCHFIX TOTAL REWARDS PACKAGE: Competitive wage: Starting at a range of $16-$18 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive benefit package (Full-time positions)- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) plan Paid time off- sick days & vacation Opportunity to have an impact on KitchFix’s growth KitchFix is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity and creating a place of belonging.
