• Operate dishwashers safely and efficiently
• Wash and sanitize flatware, cookware, utensils, and small wares
• Maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing areas, mats, racks, and carts
• Handle and store cleaning products according to safety standards
• Support general kitchen upkeep — sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal
• Assist with tasks delegated by the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or General Manager
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and respectful kitchen environment
