Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients.
  • Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored after use.
  • Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager.
