We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at the Mic Mac Bar and Grill responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Job Summary:

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, rinse, and scrape all used dishware and cookware.
  • Load and unload the dishwashing machine efficiently.
  • Wash items by hand, including large pots, delicate glassware, and cutting boards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Ensure all cleaned items are stored properly and in designated areas.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and chemicals, notifying the supervisor when inventory is low.
  • Adhere to all hygiene, cleanliness, and safety requirements.
  • Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
  • Remove garbage promptly.
  • Clean and sanitize sinks and other kitchen areas.
