This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff. Ensure that all dishware is organized and stored properly after cleaning. Monitor dishwashing supplies and report any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Requirements Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food service operations and kitchen environments is a plus.
