We are hiring for this position immediately. We are looking for someone to join our team at Oldman River Brewing assisting the cook with dish-washing and plating. We are a brewery and restaurant dedicated to bringing high quality product to our customers. We are well known for our comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff.

You will report to the Kitchen Manager.

• Load and unload dishes, cookware and utensils into and out of the dishwasher.
• Wash dishes and utensils by hand when necessary.
• Ensure dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Clean and sanitize various pieces of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work space.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing vegetables or prepping ingredients.
• Assist in unpacking and storing deliveries.
• May be required to assist with bussing tables or setting up the dining area.
• Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regards to front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests).
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
