Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, keeping it stocked and functioning efficiently.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Ensure the kitchen and equipment meet health and safety standards, following all cleaning and sanitation guidelines.
• Remove trash, sweep, and mop kitchen floors, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service during busy shifts.
