Description Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Dietary manager or the cook on duty, performs general duties maintaining a clean working and eating environment. Duties: •Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep kitchen area and equipment sanitized and sterile. •Dishwashing •Emptying of waste containers. •Attend staff and in-service meetings. •Performs other duties as necessary or assigned. Starting Hourly Wage: $18.40-$20.00 DOE Must be able to work weekends Requirements Ability to follow oral and written communications. This Job requires long periods of standing, twisting, bending, kneeling. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must demonstrate an understanding and an ability to work with the elderly. Experience with institutional food preparation desired. Must be able to work weekends
Responsibilities
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean working and eating environment under the supervision of the Dietary manager or cook. Duties include dishwashing, cleaning kitchen areas, and emptying waste containers.
