Description San Luis Post Acute Center is looking for quality people who are dependable and take pride in their work. Duties - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Sweep or scrub floors - Clean garbage cans with water or steam Experience - Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.
