Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the didhwashing area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
