Position Details Employment Type: Part-Time Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends) Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality What You’ll Do Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep all areas sanitary and safe Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed Follow all kitchen procedures and direction from leadership (Steward, Sous Chef, Executive Chef) Support the team with additional duties as assigned Requirements What We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments Work Environment Indoor, high-volume kitchen setting Exposure to varying temperatures (hot kitchen areas and cold storage) Moderate noise levels Fast-paced, team-oriented environment About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier hospitality destination known for exceptional service and a strong team culture.
