Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace. Support the setup and breakdown of banquet events as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.
