Responsibilities
  • Help set the standards of operation and culture for the opening of our new location.
  • Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to Social Corner’s cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised dishwashing area to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, dried, and stored properly for immediate use.
  • Remove garbage and recycling promptly, maintaining tidy and functional waste areas.
  • Support the kitchen team by assisting with basic cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock levels are low.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate efforts during busy service periods.
  • Report maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen leadership promptly.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the kitchen by maintaining Social Corner’s high standards of cleanliness.
