If you love great food, great people and being part of a team that takes great pride in what we do, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! Pay: $16.50 per hour plus quarterly bonus. Part Time, 3-4 nights a week, 4:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday some Sundays. What you'll do: Wash and sanitize all glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines, including changing water and chemicals. Hand-wash delicate or oversized specialty cookware. Sort and stack clean dishes in their designated storage areas. Empty trash receptacles, break down boxes, and maintain disposal areas. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure sanitation and safety. Assist the kitchen team with light food prep or restocking as needed. Requirements Previous dishwashing experience preferred. High energy, passion for people and a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Responsible for washing and sanitizing all kitchenware, glassware, and utensils using commercial machines and hand-washing methods. Maintains kitchen cleanliness by emptying trash, mopping floors, and assisting with light food preparation.
