Your primary responsibility will be handling dishwashing, especially during the later hours of the day. Many small dishes mean many small plates — so your role is essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant. We're a busy restaurant, often with a fast pace, so a certain level of resilience is required. That said, you’ll be part of a team that thrives across all areas of the restaurant and values teamwork.
