Description $20.00 per hour plus gratuities The schedule is Wednesday to Sunday 3:00 pm - 11 pm Who We Are: NINE-TEN Restaurant is one of San Diego’s first ‘farm-to-table’ restaurants and one of the regions finest dining establishments. Holding the reins is Executive Chef, Jason Knibb, who boasts an abundance of industry honors including “San Diego’s Chef of the Year”, and a Rising Star Chef Winner (one of only two chefs in San Diego to be recognized for this coveted honor). Add to that on-site Pastry Chef, Jose Alonzo III, and a very long list of awards and accolades including Michelin “Plate Distinction” recognition. The Role: NINE-TEN Restaurant and Bar at the Grande Colonial is hiring a Full-time Dishwasher to work 5 shifts each week. Ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, and is willing to rollup their sleeves and get the job done. The dishwasher is the backbone of the kitchen and we need someone reliable. The dishwasher will work closely with banquets, the line and the front of the house. Ability to work in a cohesive environment is imperative.

The dishwasher serves as the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are cleaned and available. They must work closely with the banquets team, the kitchen line, and the front of house staff.
