EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
  • Support banquet operations by ensuring all serving items are clean and ready for events.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.
