Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use.
  • Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and storage to prevent contamination.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed in various tasks such as serving or plating dishes.
  • Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock levels of ingredients or supplies.
