REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid US Driver’s License

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

• Wednesday through Sunday

• Collect used kitchenware from Event Kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Washes specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots)
• Stores clean dishes and equipment properly
• Sets up workstations before cooking prep begins
• Ensures there are always enough clean dishes, especially during peak hours
• Maintains cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and places orders when necessary
• Checks washing machines’ operation and promptly reports any technical/performance issues
• Removes garbage regularly
• Sanitizes the baking area, including the floor
• Performs other duties as assigned
