Position: Dishwasher/Prep Cook
Location: Sweetgrass at Thunderbasin – Weston, WY
Type: Full-Time | Seasonal (August- end of November)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and hospitality, with experience in food preparation, cleaning, and food handling. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety while contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
  • Experience in banquet service or catering is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
