Guest can spend their days immersed in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga to allow themselves a space to reflect, heal, and awaken to a greater sense of Self. Position Statement The Dishwasher is responsible for the successful maintaining of the kitchen and equipment. The Dishwasher must focus on providing exceptional customer satisfaction by the successful execution of the proper cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen cookware, china and flatware. All hotel operations must be executed at the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. The Dishwasher must ensure that our associates and our customers are treated with the utmost respect at all times since they are the key to our success. Primary Duties Perform all back of house dish duties Clear tables Maintain dishwashing equipment in good condition Keep dish room in clean and orderly condition at all times and in compliance with health department Maintains clean flooring in function area at end of shift All restaurant employees help in all areas of restaurant front and back of house Requirements Physical Requirements - (not limited to) Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach above and below shoulders, repetitive arm and wrist use, climb ladders and stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces. Must be able to recognize, register, and respond visually to color and depth perception. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to work indoor, outdoor, in extreme heat and cold. Must be able to work around moderate noise level.
Responsibilities
The Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the kitchen and equipment by successfully executing the proper cleaning and sanitizing of cookware, china, and flatware to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties also include clearing tables, maintaining dishwashing equipment, and keeping the dish room clean and orderly in compliance with health department standards.
