Dishwashers are an essential part of our restaurant. Our commitment to Fresh, Authentic and Bold (FAB) flavors and exceptional service starts with our dishwasher! Clean, safe, quality and consistent dining experiences build the customer loyalty we depend on-and this cannot be accomplished without having reliable team members that are enthusiastic about FAB! Job Duties: Make sure chemical levels are adequate to run dish machine and fill 3 compartment sinks. Make sure sanitizer buckets are cleaned and sanitized daily for kitchen staff use. Make sure mops, brooms and other cleaning equipment are clean and in good condition. Report any replacement needs to the manager on duty. Remove trash from bins. Keep bins clean. Replace bag liner. Take trash to dumpster. Clean and sanitize work area before and after shift. Must have reliable transportation Benefits: Health, vision, dental, accidental, STD, and life insurance plans.
