Part-time and Full-time DISHWASHER * Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025 * Schedule: Full-time Shift 6pm-3am includes weekends and holidays. Part-time morning shift and second shift includes weekends and holidays. * Perks: Medical, Vison, and Dental Benefits for full-time positions, 401k, employee discount, Paid Time off (PTO, sick, bereavement, and holidays) POSITION SUMMARY: The dishwasher is in charge of the cleaning, sanitizing and organizing of various kitchen cookware and utensils. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Operates the dishwasher in an efficient and effective manner. * Washes, rinses and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pans and utensils. * Restocks and cleans the kitchen area, including grill hoods and floors. * Other job duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Must be 18 years of age. * Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. * Must be able to lift up to 25-50lbs. * Must be able to work in an environment with high temperatures. SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. * Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken word. * Reliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy. * Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. * Safety - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety. * Must be present onsite for this position.
