Responsibilities
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team to ensure timely service.
  • Support banquet operations by efficiently cleaning and organizing serving equipment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in catering events by assisting with setup, serving, and breakdown of food stations.
