Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items. * Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health regulations. * Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of all kitchen equipment. * Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats and related kitchen areas. * Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels. * Assists with other kitchen/utility personnel as needed. * Performs all other duties as assigned. * Promotes outstanding customer relations. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred. Other: * Able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. frequently. * Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
