• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is an asset.

• Physical ability to lift upto 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils promptly.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper function and cleanliness.
• Hand wash larger pots, pans, and specialty items as required.
• Sort and store cleaned items in their designated locations.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces, including counters, sinks, and cooking areas.
• Empty trash bins, recycling, and compost, and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with additional cleaning and setup requirements during events, banquets, or tournaments.
• Ensure efficient turnaround of dishware and utensils during peak service periods.
