EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary practices, catering, or banquet service is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, supporting cooks and chefs in the kitchen.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a clean environment for guests.
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
