    Job Description

Reporting to the Stewarding Manager, you will assist in the execution of memorable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Care and inspect all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment to ensure a superior sanitization standard
  • Clean and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other assigned areas
  • Pick-up and dispose of all trash in all food and beverage areas
  • Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried
  • Report any instances of concern to F&B leadership including any items or equipment in need of repair
  • Clean all dishes, glass wear, cutlery, buffet ware, pots and pans either by hand or by using an industrial dishwasher
  • Ensure the kitchen & banquet Colleagues have the needed clean dishes, glass wear, cutlery, buffet ware pots and pans required to service our guests
  • Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
  • Ensure items are removed from circulation that are no longer functional
  • Ensure floors are being kept up with proper sweeping and mopping and clear of hazards and obstruction
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience is an asset
