Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets. BridgeWater Assisted Living is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the kitchen including all China, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment. Responsibilities: Maintain sanitary conditions of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Tarantino Properties Corporation standards. Assist with clean-up work in the Food Service Department, kitchen and dining room. Ensures proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Uses equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Reports any equipment irregularities to supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, including dishes, utensils, and equipment. Additional duties include assisting with clean-up in the Food Service Department and reporting any equipment issues to the supervisor.
